The Inevitable Fall
The escape that we want may not be the escape that we need. Why escape anyway? The moment of cold solitary brought about by the feeling of being lost is best cured with the coldest of ice. You just have to be numb some more to somehow forget that aching feeling of duress that you are under.
When forgetting is as hard as hitting that red center dot in the dart board, then throw that darn dart board. It's easy said that done, I know. But then again reveling in it some more is like swallowing your own poison and then throwing the only antidote left in the vast, tranquil ocean. While you are allowed to be crazy for all you want, isn't being crazy over that same douche so tiring? While you can be hypocrite and all if you want, isn't it severe hypocrisy to be ruined by that same virus over and over again. There are tons of other virus in the land, why not try the other ones.
Funny how people fall for the most classic cliche ever. They are lured to believing about tales, inexistent tales. Sweet words have become sweeter than the sweetest of candies. Although guarded, fences tend to break. Defenses are weak and they let it just be. Sobs become memorable when spent with some non-caring man. It's like people are drugged to get into the craze of falling and they can't help it.
When falling is inevitable, what would you do?
When falling can be a sin or perhaps a taboo
Would someone be there to catch you?
Or maybe someone to cure your broken torso.
Only birds can fall and not get hurt
For they have wings when the branch fell apart
Trust not the cushion of the ground
Nor the promise of that man's arms.
